Healing, Connection, and Growth— At Your Pace
Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or looking for support in your professional growth, therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with intention. I offer compassionate, collaborative services grounded in safety, curiosity, and trauma-informed care.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative space to slow down, better understand your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges that may be getting in the way of feeling grounded and connected. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and the world around you, using approaches that support both emotional and physiological healing.
SAFE-EMDR
SAFE-EMDR is a somatic and attachment-focused approach to EMDR that places an emphasis on safety, connection, and the nervous system. Rather than rushing into difficult memories, we first build the internal and relational resources needed to approach trauma at a pace that feels manageable. When appropriate, SAFE-EMDR can help you process difficult experiences while developing a greater sense of safety, self-compassion, and connection within yourself.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a space for therapists to grow their clinical skills, deepen their self-awareness, and develop confidence in their work with clients. Drawing from my experience in community mental health and trauma-focused practice, I offer supervision that is collaborative, curious, and grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. My goal is to create a space where clinicians can bring complex cases, ask questions, explore their own clinical process, and continue developing their unique therapeutic voice.
